Ercer was awarded the contract for the refurbishment and fitting out of the ground floor of Fundación Sanitas Building at its Corporate Headquarters, located in Calle Ribera del Loira.

On a space previously dedicated to housing an auditorium, Ercer carried out the implementation of a flexible multifunctional space, with the possibility of generating different spaces dedicated to meetings, training rooms, collab spaces, events, becoming an auditorium with a capacity more than 160 pax. This flexibility is based on the construction of mobile partitions, automatic doors and acoustic curtains, with special attention and care to acoustic finishes, both in vertical and horizontal cladding, combining aesthetics and functionality.
