Ercer was awarded the design and execution of the Netherlands Embassy in Spain. Likewise, he dealt with the legalization of said space and getting the relevant licenses.

The Embassy went from being an exempt building to occupying several floors of the Torre Espacio tower. All the fittings inside, facilities and special custom-made furniture were carried out. It highlighted the partial opening of a slab between floors and the construction of a core of internal comms stairs of the Embassy.

Since then, Ercer has also dealt with various renovations at the Ambassador´s residence in Spain.
