Ercer carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of the two buildings that make up the Sanitas Headquarters in Madrid. The buildings located in Calle Ribera del Loira, exceed 12000 sqm in constructed area.

In addition to the work floors, all the toilets were renewed and a new collaborative work area was made on the Ground Floor. The project raised the difficulty that the Works were carried out with the offices operative without affecting their daily operations.
