ERCER was chosen to carry out refurbishment project for Madrid P&G offices. Interior design, made by GENSLER, was completely executed by ERCER: architecture, facilities and construction planning.
Project was developed on P&G existing four level office in Alcobendas, Madrid. It includes a change of corporate image at workspace and meeting areas as well as an update of HVAC systems, lighting, communications and AV, adapting them to sustainability standards.
Design was created with the idea of “Source of life” using organic forms for interior divisions and natural colors with references to water, earth and emblematic Madrid places.
One of the challenges of this project is to carry it out in stages and office sectors since the company continued operating throughout the duration of the work.
