Once receiving the execution project for the refurbishment of Nippon Gases headquarters on Calle Orense in Madrid, Ercer proposed value engineering and the partial use of the existing air conditioning installation.

Ercer was awarded the contract to set up office son four floors with a total area of 3700 sqm. The transformation was carried out the whole demolition of the offices and carried out the fit out of Works for the new space.
