In this case, the reinsurer Munich RE awards ERCER the contract for its new corporate headquarters in Madrid under the Design & Build format. The company designated being the Project Manger is Artelia. 

From the very beginning of the process, during the design phase, and until day of delivery, ERCER was trusted unconditionally, achieving the success of the project with results that met customer expectations and construction timing with improve initial term. ERCER has managed the entire process from the architectural design and installations to the management of licenses, the facultative direction and all the control of the execution of works. 

The target was always ambitious, starting from an exceptional location “Paseo de Recoletos” in Madrid with dream views, we wanted to offer the client first class offices. In order to do this, we presented a respresentative space that would reflect the values of Munich RE and that would promote and enhance the talent of the employees. 

How have we achieved it? Aftter several brinstormings by the ERCER team and always in permanent communication with the client and with the project managers, we decided to put an end to the private office system and the hierarchy of positions in the company, we decided to promote care for the environment by proposing sustainable and recycled materials, combining them with cutting-edge designs, we bet on acoustics down to the smallest details, both in materials and in execution, achieving optimal levels for each specific space. Different spaces have been generated promoting collaboration zones and the presence of art and culture in the office has also been promoted as a symbol of Munich RE´s identity. 

The final result has led us to achieve avant-garde offices, with sobriety but elegance using high quality noble mterials and full of natural light and vegetation, combining learning and productivity and promoting creativity and collaboration.
