Ercer, awarded by tender, established the LOOM headquarters in Madrid. IT carried out Works for the conditioning of different rooms, spaces and new collaborative areas, in the set of five floors of the building placed on Calle Huertas, 11.

Different demolition and refurbishment Works were carried out, the design of which was based on highly flexible spaces that provided great functionality to the cooperative offices.

The building, that was supposed to be a coworking headquarter, had to meet very high requirements based on its usefulness. Likewise, the Works had to be carried out while the rest of the offices kept their normal business
