Ideo School requests Ercer the execution of the renovation of certain classrooms in the existing center. This will require the expansion and reinforcement of slabs getting more surface for these classrooms.
In addition to structural works, Ercer carries out an interior modernization by sectors to renovate the building and provide a modern and functional environment.
One of the challenges of this project is the structural expansion of the same and what this entails, updating the facilities regulations, as well as adjusting deadlines and works that are combined simultaneously with the school season, taking advantage to densify work in vacation periods and impact as little as possible on the school agenda.
The success of the classroom renovation project led Ercer to be a candidate and subsequently execute the new dining room of the building, more sectors of classrooms and as an icon of the project, its outdoor basketball pavilion, executed in new construction, and raised with the most modern structural systems combining the 3 types: trusses and wooden beams, metal structure and concrete slabs.
