Ercer was awarded the contract to carry out Works of the new BBVA refurbishment complex at its headquarters in María Tubau 10 in Madrid.

During the execution Works, the use of this space as a canteen for workers had to be maintained. This was a big difficulty that forced it to be carried out in different phases so as not to affect the daily use of the space.

The design and the tight deadlines required the management of large work team which had to be organized very precisely due to the work in very limited areas, with alternative and continuous work shifts both day and night. However, all these issues were overcome by an excellent coordination that concluded with a project of the highest level of execution.
