Auto1, the largest European platform for buying and selling used cars for professionals, trusted in ERCER for its office relocation to Calle Rosario Pino in Madrid. 
The challenge of this “Design & Build project” was the short term to complete both the design part and the execution of the two floors that currently make up these offices with an approximate area of 3,000 sqm. 
This new layout was based on greater natural and operational light as well as the integration into the space of the different departments of the company, without physical barriers, to achieve greater communication, but with a departmental organization in the open space providing rooms and coffee points for each of them. 
In addition to the common techniques and scope in office spaces, we incorporated a scenographic element highlighting an emblematic icon of the company. A recreation of an Auto1 glazed truck was designed and executed, adding value to the excellent service offered by the company in its delivery of vehicles to individuals and with this the area for receiving and welcoming customers to the office was enhanced. This element was also equipped with small meeting rooms and all of this was integrated, recreating the original vehicle. 
The complexity of this project was also based on the parallel work of the full refurbishment of the building on the façade with our interior work on the two floors. The success was based on good communication and the good work of the two parties involved in this process. 
With all this, offices were achieved with much greater dynamism, modernized and technologically equipped to carry out daily work in a more efficient way.
