After several years carrying out some renovations and maintenance at the Universal Pictures offices, Ercer was awarded the design and construction project for the Universal Consumer Products offices.

The design and construction project were supervised by Universal´s international design team, achieving extraordinary results that were recognized by the client and its team in charge of design and Works.
